If I Did That

Projects Based On Live Pages

Project Summary

My working experience as a front-end web designer are my projects. These are redo’s of live pages. After reviewing a site, I choose an element and/or section of focus.  I create a duplicate of the targets  – re-dos are not exact copies – with my solutions. Hidden info. notes that explain my changes are accessible by clicking a link.

A Few Points

  • On the left is a link to the original site.  On the right is a link to the re-do.
  • You can also reach the original site via the site logo on the re-do page.
  • Re-do page links are mostly dummies.  However, there is a designated link to toggle the info. notes on and off.
  • The info. notes toggle is also in the menu bar.  And is also noted in individual re-do summaries.

Retrain Back Pain

How to holistically manage your back care is this website’s major offering.  The nav was trimmed and organized.  Focus was given to relocation and updating styling of home pages sections.  Toggle “info notes” via the “Products” link.

Cybervision LLC

A jazz musician’s website.  The focus was on the “bookings” page.  Attention was also given to the site favicon – the original site has a photo as the favicon and the menu bar.  Toggle “Info Notes” via the “About” link, for details on our updates.

Allen’s Pie

A gourmet, home made pie baking site. A dropdown menu that doesn’t faded into the background, a cart that is visible and branded testimonials got the attention here.  Toggle “Info Notes” via the “The Story” link, for re-do details.
